4.Wholesale Purchase:
Unfortunately, we sell retail only, and it is not our
current policy to supply other stores with products. If you would like to place
a retail order with us, you can of course do so via our website in the usual
way (see Ways to Shop). However please note that, as stocks are limited, we may
be unable to supply large quantities of any one item.
5.Stock Availability:
In case you have sent an order by post or faxed it or sent us an email .The item
that you may have ordered could have gone out of stock by the time we process
the order. In case you have made the payment you shall be contacted and we will
try to reach an amicable solution .In case for some reason you are unable to be
contact the management will arrange to refund back the money for the item,
which is not in stock.
In keeping up with the changing trends in the fashion
world we need to keep getting new material and designs for our customers. We
understand that you may be disappointed on your selection being out of stock
but we assure you that we will not disappoint you with our new ranges.
6.Rupali Guarantee:
Our aim is to provide our customers with the best service and
quality at all times. If for any reason you wish to return any item we will
happily refund or exchange it without any questions provided they are returned
unused and unworn within 14 days from dispatch of goods and with a valid
receipt. However for hygiene reasons any jewellery product will neither be
exchanged nor taken back. For Sale items only Exchange will be offered all
other conditions as above. For exchange or refund of goods the postage and
packing fee is non refundable and the customer will have to pay postage again
for exchange items to be sent. Please read the Return Policy carefully for all
other details.
7.Returns Policy:
Please quote your order number on the top left
hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to RUPALI ®.
Also send us a copy of the invoice or please write your name, address and other
contact details along with the Rupali Order /Invoice number. Also please
mention what do you want Refund/Exchange in bold. The management holds no
responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.
Please
ensure that the clothes we send are tried with utmost care that they do not in
any way get stained or soiled .We reserve the right to refuse returns of items
where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please also note that
jewellery items will be neither exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons
Returns period Our normal returns period is 14 days from invoice date, we must
receive any returned items within this time. We will take action on your parcel
as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your
request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some
cases this may take up to 21 days, so we would be grateful if you could bear
with us. If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than
the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to
pay for the original order. We will send you a refund receipt as soon as the
refund has been processed. If you have requested replacements of a higher
value, any difference due will be charged and our team will call you to collect
your card details. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a
return If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior
notice.
8.Security Check:
As part of our policy to protect against the
fraudulent use of credit/debit cards, we carry out random security checks on
orders. These can take various forms, and from time to time it may be necessary
for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card
being used on your order. Please note that we are only interested in confirming
information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address
and card issuer details, and do not need to see actual transactions, which can
be covered up.
In case you have any concerns regarding security, we can also
assure you that all information is secure with us and we do not retain any card
details with us after the transaction is completed. We keep all our customer
details confidential.
