Essential Requirements - FOR CALL CENTER AGENTS ONLY :
3 Gsce or equivalent vocational qualification.
Sound knowledge of PC's - windows operating system (95/98/2000/XP) and windows based qualifications e.g. MS office 95/97/xp.
Working in pressurised customer service environment.
Calm under pressure and confident.
A pleasant manner when dealing with customers.
Adaptable.
Motivated to complete tasks.
Organised.
Team Work.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and confident to make decision without management support.
Good oral and written communication.
Quick to learn.
Able to make logical deductions.
