My order
     Several times I have tried to place an order on line with Rupali but have been extremely disappointed as they never seem to have my right size which is a Large, they seem to go out of stock very quickly with this size, and they don't re stock this size either.

Purchase from Rupali
     I am happy with the items I received from Rupali and I am very impressed with the efficiency in delivering the goods to me. The salwars and jewellery are very good and I would like to order some more but I am a bit put off by the fact that you dont offer free shipping over a certain amount of purchase. Other website retailers offer free deivery worldwide for purchases over $100 or $200 which is a big factor for a customer deciding which seller to buy from. If Rupali considers worldwide free shipping over certain amount of purchase then I think you will get much more sales very quick as free shipping option is very attractive to online buyers.

     The prices which are shown on the website are very different from those in the shop....so i just want to know the reason? examples are the prices of the items 2083 and 2084 and in shop on Green Lane Road....

refund policy
     THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND IS NOT FOLLOWING THE REFUND POLICY. I shall be reporting them if i dont get my refund to consumer rights as no charges should be made to customers for faulty items and the customer can request the company to collect. Dont believe me read it up Rupali before challenging me.

     I am very disappointed customer after having called up asking for advice on how to obtain a refund on a faulty item i was met on the phone by a very rude advisor who was not willing to provide me with details. I think if an item is faulty which has been sent out without checking the quality then the customer should not be blamed. I am returning the item that is faulty after speaking to the supervisor who has authorised the refund for item 6316 - BALJEET invoice 145868 THE LINING ON THE INSIDE IS FRAYING AWAY FROM THE ITEM AND IN SOME PARTS HASN'T EVEN BEEN SEWN ON ITS JUST HANGING OF THE TOP. I am really disappointed with the service and should really return the whole order due to the rude service received and i would like to take this opportunity to inform you that i will no longer be shopping with you again as obtaining a refund for items is a nightmare.

Re: My Experiance
     I am a regular customer of Rupali but I had a bad experiance regarding ex-change an item. The qualityof goods are OK. I just returned it to change the size. Before send back the item I write to Rupali and they suggested me to return it by post. According t their advice I send back the item in a special recordeddelivery. They received the goods but they didnt not informed it or message to me about it. Finally I asked them the status of the iem by e-mail. They asked me to send postal charge for return the goods to me. I dont mind to pay the small mount of postal cost but my question is tha, Why not informed it to me when thay suggested me to return the item. If they suggested me for the return postal cost I will provide them a special return package along with the goods. Fnally I give them an email but didn't get any response. I really take it seriously and if it is happened with a customer its not fair. It's my personal opinion as a customer. Secondly, I place an order which price £123. I saw the is available on the website and after payment they confirmed me it is not available in the their stock. Honestly suggest you please if any item not available in your stock please remove
